Absolutely. We do not collect any payment information and will never ask you for any subscription fees. All donations made to your charities are done by us with funds received from the participating retailers you shop at

Menschy has partnered with over 10,000 retailers to enable donations to the causes you choose if you make a purchase after activating Menschy. If your purchase qualifies, our retail partners will send Menschy the funds which we will then route to the charities you selected

Menschy was started to make a big impact from everyday purchases. 100% of the offer amount you activate will go to the charities of your choice. Our business model enables us to receive a small additional compensation from the retailers you shop at to run and expand our service. In the future we may look to expand our services to include advertising revenue but our promise of no spam and data privacy will always govern what we do.

Trust and transparency is at the heart of what we do. In your Menschy account you will always have full visibility into all pending and completed donations to the charities of your choice. As we receive the funds from our retail partners, we will payout all donations within 30 days. At the end of each quarter we will make public a full report of all donations made by our community along with charitable tax receipts that support the transactions.

At every participating retailer, Menschy will display the charitable offer amount and conditions. Each retail partner creates and updates their own conditions. If you activate the offer prior to purchase, 100% of the offer amount will go to the causes you selected in Menschy. Donation amounts vary by retail partner but often are around 5% of what you spend at their store.

At Menschy we support all listed 501 (c) nonprofit organizations with the IRS. This covers everything from large charities like American Cancer Society and Autism Speaks to your local religious organization or school PTO. If the organization has an active nonprofit status with the IRS then you will find them at Menschy. If for some reason we missed your charity please contact us so we can get them listed

Due to IRS regulations, Menschy users will not receive a personal charitable tax receipt as you will not be donating your own money to the charities you selected. Since the stores you shop at will be providing the funds that Menschy will then donate, the current regulations do not allow us to provide you with a personal receipt. However, we will be publishing each quarter all charitable tax receipts for Menschy donations.

Each of our retail partners has their own set of terms and conditions for the offers at their stores. When you accept an offer you will see the terms and conditions listed for that store. One of the most common reasons you may not see your purchase is that you did not activate the Menschy offer while completing your order. Maybe you clicked on a different promotion the store featured after activating Menschy or perhaps you used a different device. The best way to insure your purchase counts towards a donation is to click ‘Activate’ when you are ready to buy. Also please keep in mind that sometimes there is a delay in what our retail partners report back to Menschy so you may want to check back in a day to see if the purchase is viewable
